Each week, we assemble delicious, made-from-scratch meals founded on Paleo eating principles to help you and your family feel your best. All you have to do is pick it up!*

Take home entrees like Bacon Apple Chicken, Cauliflower Pizza, Bell Pepper Nachos, Sloppy joes, Chicken Spaghetti with Zucchini Noodles, and much more.

    Give all the members, which sign up, the weekly meal plan and grocery list to make their lives easier and better to manage. This takes the guess work out of nutrition for your members. We are going to spoon feed them exactly what to eat.

    We are going to do webinars twice a month for you and your members to ask questions about any and everything. We will have a topic that I will announce; we will quickly cover that topic then get into all your questions and answers

    Members will have access to my team and me for questions when something comes up with their nutrition.
