Ingredients:
2 lb. Grilled Chicken
Bruschetta Topping
- 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Basil chopped
- 2 Tbls red onion finely diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbls Avocado Oil
Balsamic Glaze
- 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbls Honey
Directions:
Chicken
- Heat Smoked Chicken to desired temperature
Bruschetta

Combine all the ingredients into a small container and store in the fridge until ready to serve
Balsamic Glaze

Pour the vinegar and honey into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Let the liquid reduce to about half. It should be thick but still pour-able. Set aside to cool

Remove chicken from pan and let rest on the cutting board for 5-10 minutes. Top with bruschetta and drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
