Ingredients:
Blue Cheese Mac and Cheese Recipe
- 2 cups cooked Pasta
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1 tbsp cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
Blue Cheese Sauce
- 160 grams blue cheese
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 1/2 cup left over pasta water
Directions:

Heat up cooked pasta in warm water
- In a heat proof jug add blue cheese, cheddar cheese and greek yoghurt.
- When pasta is heated, remove from heat, drain keeping the water and add pasta back to dutch oven.
- Sitr 1/2 cup of pasta water into cheese sauce and stir to combine as cheeses melt
- Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni, add onion flakes and stir to combine. Keep at a low heat until ready to serve.
- Top with dried chives, cracked pepper and onion flakes.
