Raspberries are also great for cardiovascular health since their nutritional value helps to significantly lower overall cholesterol levels. In fact, raspberries’ high fiber content contributes to reducing cholesterol and blood pressure levels as much as 1% per 1-2 cups.

For many people with or without gluten intolerances, cutting out gluten from the daily diet can help to improve a lot of aspects of your health! Granted, most fruits and vegetables are gluten free, but that doesn’t mean raspberries aren’t worth mentioning!
