Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 inch slice fresh ginger

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Mix until well blended, stopping to scrape sides down, if needed.
  3. Serve immediately - enjoy!
