One of the cool things we get to do is serve people at business lunches.
We did one for Martin Briggs and the business networking group that he runs called Birmingham Business Leaders. The purpose of the group is to connect like-minded business leaders and owners to help each others companies grow.
This was an amazing lunch for 50 people and we served it family style. The reason we did this is because when you eat family style it forces you to connect with those around you.
Family style is where each table has one platter of each dish and they pas that platter around and everyone one takes some of each item, like you would if you were at home- hence the name family style. The attendees LOVED it and Martin thought it was a great touch. Family style is not optimal for every catering event but it definitely has its place in the catering space. Especially when you have a meal and you want people to interact.

- Jasmine Rice
- Garden Salad
- Chocolate Chip Cookies
